PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

We engage with you before the programme starts to support you and your teams to tailor the learning and organisational objectives, so the outcomes you achieve have maximum impact for you.  The programme is split into 3 themes with 4 topics in each theme.  We start at the individual and personal level, because that’s the critical and fundamental foundation, and then we build out to look at team and organisational dimensions.

We deliver the Resilient Skills Programme ‘live online’. This helps to make the programme inclusive, and we utilise a variety of online tools to maintain interest and engagement.  We record and share programme sessions, so if any staff members can’t make a session, or if their working pattern doesn’t fit the delivery days, they can still catch up and participate in the programme.

Learning happens through reflection and implementation, and that’s also how we achieve change.  That’s why the programme is spread over a number of months, to allow for both reflection and implementation.  Beyond the training activity we provide check in sessions so that we can answer any questions raised by the programme, and so we can support both reflection and implementation activity.

In addition to the session recordings we will also set you up with access to our online video training resource, Lasting Impact Academy.
